Lovely day at the Gardens

We took advantage of the lovely weather this weekend and brought the family to the Botanical Gardens. It was a long but serene walk around the garden. We stopped by the Ian Potter's Children Garden and ate lunch at the nearby cafe. After lunch, KK decided to try out a new route back to the car, thinking that it was shorter. What was I thinking letting him decide without even looking at the directions? We ended up walking and puffing as we push the pram uphill to a garden exit that was nowhere close to where the car was parked. Oh well, guess we could use with some exercise to burn off the winter fat!
