Weather gone wild

Queensland, known for its sunny disposition and lovely weather is now under water. A large part on inland Queensland, apparently the size of Germany and France combined are flooded. There was an inland tsunami which came overnight and now the flood waters have moved to Brisbane endangering 9000 homes and flooding the northern part of New South Wales. Just hearing live news updates is heartbreaking. But as the Queensland Premier courageously put it, "The weather may break our hearts, but it won't break our spirits."

Let's pray that the rain will recede and that the relief operations nationally and overseas are underway. And for the victims to have courage and strength to pull through and restart their lives again.
